- Work directly with global enterprise customers

- Translate business goals into CX strategies
- Monitor adoption and proactively unlock value
- Identify renewal and growth opportunities
- Act as the voice of the customer internally
- 2–5 years’ experience in SaaS, product, consulting or tech. That said, if this role excites you and you believe you can create impact, we’d still love to hear from you
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience working with customers or stakeholders
- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset
- Experience identifying expansion opportunities, upsell or cross-sell is a strong advantage
