This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager based in Mumbai. The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, including production planning, supply chain coordination, inventory management, and quality control. The candidate will optimize operational performance, manage teams, and ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations. Collaboration with multiple departments to streamline workflows and deliver high-quality results on time is a key responsibility.

• Knowledge of quality control standards and compliance with industry regulations

• Attention to detail in ensuring product standards and operational efficiency
• Prior experience in the jewelry or manufacturing industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field
