Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Jiddah for a Cleaning Supervisor. The Cleaning Supervisor will oversee and coordinate daily cleaning operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and in accordance with health and safety regulations. Responsibilities include supervising cleaning staff, conducting regular inspections, maintaining cleaning schedules, training employees, and managing cleaning supplies and equipment. The Cleaning Supervisor will also act as a point of contact between clients and cleaning staff to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills with the ability to lead, organize, and manage cleaning staff effectively
• Proficiency in Commercial Cleaning practices and knowledge of professional cleaning techniques
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to coordinate with team members and communicate with clients
• Understanding of Health & Safety regulations and best practices for maintaining safe cleaning environments
• Attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Previous experience in a supervisory or similar role in the cleaning industry is preferred
• Flexibility to adapt to different schedules and work environments as needed
