Shift Timings:

06:30 PM till 03:30 AM (Night Shift)

Experience Level:

6 months or above (No Freshers)

Compensation:

₹25,000/month during the first 3 months of probation
₹30,000/month post-probation, based on performance

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Business Development Manager (Experienced) for the USA Market to join our expanding team. This individual will build and coordinate all dispatch within the U.S., build strong relationships with carriers, and maintain our reputation for exceptional service in the freight brokerage industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Main responsibilities associated with this role include, but are not limited to, the following:
Prospecting new customers to foster growth and create new opportunities.
Evaluate the business growth initiatives and highlight areas of improvement.
Develop and maintain relationships with a portfolio of clients, ensuring their logistics needs are met.
Expanding into new markets and driving customer acquisition through potential leads.
Nurturing healthy relations with customers and converting their queries to successful loads/orders.
Ensure customer satisfaction: Monitor and manage customer satisfaction, resolving any issues that arise.
Provide regular reporting on logistics operations to clients and other departments within the company.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to ensure clients receive the best possible service.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, transportation, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum 6 months of experience or above (Mandatory)
Command in spoken and written English with excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Knowledge of computer systems, including spreadsheets and databases.
Detail-oriented and organized.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
