Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations at our residential and commercial building sites across South Kerala. You'll be the boots-on-ground leader ensuring quality, safety, and timely execution on every project.

Responsibilities

• Supervise site workers, subcontractors, and daily site activities
• Monitor project progress against timelines and report to project managers
• Conduct quality checks and ensure adherence to safety standards
• Coordinate material requirements and resolve on-site challenges promptly
• Maintain site documentation and communicate effectively with stakeholders

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of site experience in residential and/or commercial building projects
• Valid 2-wheeler driving license (own bike/scooter preferred, company vehicle provided if unavailable)
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Candidates from South Kerala will be given preference.

What We Offer

• Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience)
