Salary Range: ₹50,000 – ₹70,000 per month

• Design and analyze structural components for residential and commercial projects.
• Review architectural drawings and develop structural designs ensuring safety and stability.
• Prepare detailed structural drawings, calculations, and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with relevant IS codes, safety standards, and regulations.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and site teams for design implementation.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure work is executed as per structural drawings.
• Provide technical guidance for RCC design, steel structures, and foundation systems.
• Review and approve shop drawings, bar bending schedules (BBS), and material specifications.
• Identify and resolve structural issues during project execution.
• Optimize designs for cost efficiency without compromising safety and quality.

• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in structural design within real estate/construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of RCC design, steel structures, and foundation engineering.
• Proficiency in design software such as STAAD Pro, ETABS, SAFE, and AutoCAD.
• Good understanding of IS codes and construction standards.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Experience in high-rise residential/commercial projects.
• Knowledge of seismic design and load analysis.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
