Civil Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to plan, manage, and oversee civil construction projects from initiation to completion. The role involves coordinating with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulations and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage civil construction projects (roads, buildings, bridges, infrastructure, etc.)
• Define project scope, schedules, budgets, and resources
• Coordinate with civil engineers, architects, consultants, and contractors
• Monitor project progress and prepare status reports
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, safety standards, and local regulations
• Manage site activities, subcontractors, and vendors
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans
• Control project costs, variations, and change orders
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks
• Ensure timely project completion and handover documentation

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Proven experience as a Civil Project Manager or similar role
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical specifications
• Proficiency in project management and planning tools (MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD)
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP or equivalent project management certification
• Experience in large-scale infrastructure or commercial projects
• Knowledge of contract administration and claims management

Work Environment

• Primarily site-based with office coordination
• May require travel between project locations
• Ability to work under tight schedules and deadlines

Qualifications & Skills

• B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineer

· Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Civil Project Manager or similar role

· Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations

· Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills

· Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical specifications

· Proficiency in project management and planning tools (MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD)

· Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
