Job Description

Sanjeevani Infra Company is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Civil to oversee and manage government building construction projects in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, quality control, and coordination with government departments, consultants, and site teams to ensure timely and efficient project completion.

The Project Manager will supervise construction activities, monitor project schedules, manage site engineers and contractors, and ensure that all work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and government standards. The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving ability, and experience handling institutional or government infrastructure projects.

Must-Have Skills

Strong experience in building construction and site execution
Ability to manage and supervise multiple site teams and contractors
Good knowledge of RCC construction, structural works, and finishing works
Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings
Experience in project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring
Strong coordination skills with architects, consultants, and government officials
Knowledge of quality control procedures and construction safety standards
Experience in measurement recording, RA bills, and project documentation
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Experience

Experience in Government Building Projects (PWD / Government Departments / Institutional Buildings)
Minimum 8–15 years experience in civil construction projects
Experience managing court buildings, hospitals, government offices, or institutional projects
Familiarity with government construction procedures and compliance requirements
Experience in handling large project sites and multiple contractors
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD drawings and construction planning tools
Experience working with government engineers, architects, and consultants

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
