Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to manage and execute civil and interior works for our upcoming new store openings (NSO). The candidate will be responsible for site supervision, layout planning, vendor coordination, and ensuring timely store handover as per brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute civil works for new retail store openings.
• Prepare and review 2D drawings using softwares
• Develop layout plans, elevations, and working drawings.
• Create design presentations and basic layouts using softwares.
• Coordinate interior designing activities as per brand guidelines.
• Supervise on-site civil and interior work execution.
• Monitor project timelines and ensure store opening deadlines are met.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure quality control and compliance with safety standards.
• Conduct site measurements and material estimation.
• Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and cost estimates.
• Provide regular progress updates to management

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail projects / interior execution (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of 2D drafting and AutoCAD.
• Working knowledge of CorelDraw other software
• Basic understanding of interior designing concepts.
• Good knowledge of construction materials and finishing works.
• Strong project coordination and vendor management skills.
• Ability to travel to different store locations.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in retail store fit-outs.
• Based in Kerala
