Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Plan, design, and supervise construction projects such as buildings, roads, and infrastructure.
- Prepare project estimates, drawings, and technical reports.
- Monitor construction work to ensure quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and project teams.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
- Good communication and project management skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD / MS Office is preferred.
- 3–4 years of relevant experience (preferred).
