Position : VMC Programmer
Location: Rakanpur, Near Science Road, sola Ahmedabad.

Job Overview :
We are looking for a detail-oriented experience in programing and setting Vertical Machining Centers using Siemens controllers. This Ideal Candidate should be able to handle precision aerospace components involving tight tolerances, GD&T, and complex geometries .

• create and optimize CNC programs for VMC machine with Siemens controllers using CAM software (e.g NX CAM, MasterCAM, Or similar)
• select proper tools, speeds and feeds for various aerospace-grade materials
• set up job on the machine, perform trails and ensure first part approval
• Interpret and apply GD&T from technical drawings and CAD model

Skills and Experience:

• 3-5 years of VMC programing and operation experience
• hands-on knowledge of Siemens CNC Controller and NX CAM /Master CAM Software.
