Reporting To: Pune Head Office

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the A-Z Service ecosystem for 5,000+ units of EMotorad E-Bikes; ensure uptime and fast resolution.
• Act as the primary escalation point for customer issues.
• Manage hub/warehouse operations – inventory, stock logistics, quality checks.
• Oversee spare parts planning and service scheduling to control TAT.
• Drive strong customer handling, data management, and technical troubleshooting.

Requirements:

• Background: B.Tech. in (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics) Engineering.
• Fluency in Telugu (mandatory); Tamil/Kannada preferred.
• Immediate joiner.
