Job Description

Overall planning, execution, and management of all tunneling activities, including EPB TBM operations, shafts, cross passages, and associated underground works.
Provide technical leadership and decision?making for tunneling operations in mixed ground and hard rock conditions.
Manage and coordinate the operation of multiple TBMs concurrently, ensuring optimized productivity, safety, and equipment performance.
Ensure full compliance with project specifications, approved designs, method statements, safety standards, and quality requirements.
Lead risk identification and mitigation related to geology, ground behavior, TBM performance, and hyperbaric interventions.
Interface closely with design teams, geotechnical experts, monitoring teams, and construction teams to ensure alignment between engineering intent and site execution.
Oversee planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring to ensure tunneling works are delivered on time and within budget.
Manage resources including manpower, plant, consumables, and subcontractors efficiently.
Review and approve tunneling methodologies, TBM parameters, and performance reports.
Support contractual administration, claims management, and coordination with client and consultant representatives.
Foster a strong safety culture, ensuring zero harm objectives are achieved across all tunneling operations.
