Co-Founder & Chief Sales Officer (CSO) / Head of Sales

(Investor–Co-founder Role)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Co-Founder & Chief Sales Officer who will also come in as an Investor–Co-founder, bringing not just capability but also commitment and skin in the game.

This is a founding leadership role where you will own the revenue engine, shape GTM strategy, and play a key role in building a category-defining platform.


Key Responsibilities

🧩 Sales Strategy & Revenue Ownership

  • Own end-to-end GTM and revenue roadmap across verticals (B2B partnerships, subscriptions, hiring solutions, events)
  • Build and scale a predictable sales engine with clear CAC–LTV metrics
  • Identify and unlock new monetisation opportunities

🤝 Enterprise Relationships

  • Drive long-term partnerships with enterprises, executive search firms, event sponsors, and hiring partners
  • Build CXO-level relationships across industries

🛠️ Sales Infrastructure

  • Build systems, processes, and scalable pricing frameworks
  • Drive CRM, funnel optimisation, and analytics

🧪 Growth & Experimentation

  • Test new channels, pricing models, and revenue streams

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Marketing (CMO): Demand generation, brand positioning, and pipeline creation
  • HR (CHRO): Enterprise partnerships and leadership hiring ecosystem
  • Finance (CFO): Revenue planning, pricing, and financial discipline
  • Strategy: New markets, expansion, and strategic initiatives
  • Technology (CTO): Product alignment with monetisation and user value


Who You Are

✅ 10–20 years in B2B, SaaS, HRTech, executive search, or platform sales

✅ Proven experience scaling revenue (0 to 10Cr+)

✅ Strong CXO connects and enterprise network

✅ Startup/entrepreneurial mindset preferred

✅ Comfortable with both strategy and execution

✅ Open to investor–cofounder model (equity + capital + revenue share)

✅ Ready to commit full-time, on-site
