Chief Placement and Corporate Relation Officer

The Training & Placement Officer will play a strategic role in strengthening industry engagement and driving successful campus placements across JIIT. The role involves building strong corporate partnerships, managing end-to-end recruitment processes, and aligning student talent with evolving industry requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate partners across sectors
• Drive end-to-end placement and internship processes, including PPO conversions
• Plan and execute placement calendars, recruitment drives, and hiring workflows
• Analyse placement data and prepare reports for strategic decision-making
• Collaborate with faculty and departments to align student readiness with industry needs
• Ensure compliance, transparency, and smooth execution of all placement activities

Requirements:

• 15+ years of experience in Training & Placement, HR, or Talent Acquisition
• Strong industry network and corporate engagement experience
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in data analysis, MIS tools, and placement systems
• Strategic mindset with ability to manage multi-stakeholder environments

Preferred Qualification:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Management, Engineering, or related fields
