Role Description The Chief Operations Officer (COO) at Webfynd Digital is a full-time, on-site role based in India. The COO will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring processes are efficient, scalable, and aligned with the agency’s strategic goals. This role includes leading cross-functional teams, optimizing workflows, managing resource allocation, and coordinating with leadership on performance targets and operational improvements. The COO will collaborate closely with finance and account leadership to support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, while maintaining high-quality delivery standards for client projects. The role also involves establishing operational KPIs, monitoring performance, and driving continuous improvement and risk management across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Strong Operations Management skills, including process optimization, resource planning, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Proficiency in Business Planning and strategic execution, with experience translating vision into actionable operational roadmaps.
  • Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, derive insights, and support informed decision-making.
  • Solid understanding of Finance and Budgeting, including cost management, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Proven leadership experience in operations or executive management, preferably in a marketing, digital, or professional services environment.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work on-site in India and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, operations, finance, or a related field.
