About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead and scale our operations function. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, the COO will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, field operations, quality management, vendor ecosystems, support operations, and operational scalability.

This role requires a strategic leader who can build high-performance operational systems, drive execution excellence, improve delivery predictability, and support the company's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership & Delivery Excellence

• Own end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, quality, scope, and profitability targets are achieved.
• Drive operational efficiency through standardized processes, governance frameworks, and delivery playbooks.
• Establish and continuously improve Quality Management Systems (QMS) aligned with industry standards.
• Improve delivery predictability, project execution, and customer satisfaction.

Operational Scale & Process Transformation

• Build scalable delivery frameworks that support growth across industries and geographies.
• Drive operational discipline, implementation readiness, and execution consistency.
• Develop systems and processes that enable repeatable and efficient deployments.

Vendor & Service Operations Management

• Lead vendor performance management across quality, cost, and delivery metrics.
• Drive field operations, deployment quality, and service excellence.
• Establish and monitor SLAs to ensure rapid issue resolution and customer satisfaction.

Governance & Performance Management

• Implement robust scope and change management processes.
• Protect project margins through effective operational controls.
• Establish operational dashboards and KPI-driven performance reviews.
• Present operational insights and performance metrics to executive leadership and the Board.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer Science, AI, Industrial Engineering, or related field).
• MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
• PMP, Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or above), or equivalent certification in operational excellence is mandatory.

Experience

• 12–18 years of experience in operations leadership within technology-driven organizations.
• Proven experience scaling operations in:
• Robotics
• Artificial Intelligence
• Computer Vision
• Industrial Technology
• Systems Integration
• Hardware-Software Deployments
• Experience managing project delivery, implementation, field operations, and customer support functions.
• Prior experience in high-growth or startup environments is highly preferred.
