Chief Operating Officer

The COO will lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the managed services organization and serve as the operational execution arm of the President’s Office.

Work Mode: Onsite (Gurugram Sector 33)

Key Responsibilities

• Drive operational governance, SLAs, KPIs, and execution discipline.
• Manage cross-functional service delivery and operational performance.
• Oversee ITSM operations, escalations, and service quality.
• Lead budgeting, operational efficiency, utilization, and financial oversight.
• Establish reporting, review cadences, SOPs, and governance frameworks.
• Build a high-accountability, process-driven operational culture.

Mandatory Experience

Candidate must have prior leadership experience in:

• IT Service Management (ITSM)
• Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Operations
• Performance Management governance
• Multi-functional managed/shared services organizations

Good to have experience in

• P&L Management
• Marketing
• Legal Process management

Ideal Profile

• 12–18+ years of operational leadership experience
• Strong operational governance and execution capabilities
• Experience managing large cross-functional teams
• Strong financial, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
• Highly structured, process-oriented, and execution-focused

Reporting

Reports to the President and manages functional heads across all service lines.
