Role Overview


We are looking for a highly strategic, collaborative, and execution-oriented professional to join as the Chief of Staff to the Office Managing Partner (OMP) – Bengaluru.


This individual will work closely with the OMP to shape and drive strategic priorities, manage key stakeholder engagements, and ensure disciplined execution of the OMP’s agenda. The role involves regular coordination with senior stakeholders and Partners across the Firm, and will be supported by program managers to enable effective delivery of key initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Governance
  • Partner closely with the OMP on business strategy, priorities, and key decision-making.
  • Support the articulation, execution, and tracking of strategic initiatives and transformation programs.
  • Manage the OMP’s operating rhythm, including prioritization, planning, governance, and follow-through.
  • Stakeholder Management & Collaboration
  • Engage extensively with internal senior stakeholders, Partners, and external ecosystem participants.
  • Support strategic relationships with key institutions, including industry forums, trade bodies, and academic partners.
  • Business Development & Key Accounts
  • Collaborate with the OMP on business development initiatives, including focus on target accounts (Top 50 and Emerging 500).
  • Drive key account programs and support development of Master Service Agreements (MSAs).
  • Contribute to high-value, cross-functional client proposals.
  • Execution & Office Initiatives
  • Plan and execute the Bengaluru office’s client and employee engagement calendar.
  • Coordinate client events, firm initiatives, and representation at relevant industry platforms.
  • Executive Communication & Enablement
  • Prepare high-quality presentations, executive briefs, communication materials, and talking points for the OMP.


Qualifications

  • MBA or postgraduate degree in Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in strategy, consulting, or chief-of-staff / business management roles, preferably in a professional services environment.
  • Strong strategic thinking and structured problem-solving capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, executive presence, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work closely with senior leadership and Partners, and operate effectively in a high-impact, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong program management and execution discipline, with attention to detail and follow-through.
