We are hiring for the position of Chief Expert-Telecommunication System.

Responsibilities:

Design review and approve of Telecommunication system such as end to end Telecom System such as Specifications, Equipment designs, Cabling, Fiber, Earthing routing and plans, IP networks and integration etc , Manuals (Installation, O&M, Training, Spares etc) and ensure the EMC/EMI, Cyber Security, Spares, Training and other relevant compliance for all Telecom subsystem are PAS, EPBAX, Access Control, PIDS, MCS, CCTV, DTS,OFMS, T-Scada, EEWS, PSS etc.
Installation, Testing & Integration Commissioning : Coordinate the overall ITC stages inspections (FAT, IAT, PAT, SAT, ITC) with Contractor for Telecommunication system.
Manage and coordinate all Telecommunication System interfaces by reviewing and approving Interface Control Documents (ICDs); ensure alignment of design inputs and integration requirements for Telecom interfaces with ATS/TMS and other signalling system, Rolling Stock, Radio (LTE‑R/5G), IDS, OCC, Asset Management System, BMS, SCADA/E&M networks, Telecom Rooms (SER/SCR/OCC/BCC), and cable routing (FOTS/DTS/copper) etc. Oversee functional, data, and physical integration across all dependent systems, ensuring readiness for testing, commissioning, and final interface approval.
Review and Certify the Payment for completed works as per Cost Center and evaluate variation orders and claims while providing technical and contractual support to the Client.
Assist client in obtaining statutory approvals and coordination assistance with various agencies for ISA, CMRS for successful completion of Project.
Ensure compliance with all DB E&C policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Undertake any additional duties assigned by the Client, PD and DB HQ.
Engineering Graduate OR Diploma in Electrical OR Electronics stream or equivalent.
Total experience: Overall 20 years of experience in Railways/Metro.
Relevant experience: Minimum 10 years of experience during construction phase in implementation of Telecommunication system in Rail-based Transit System project
Specific experience: Minimum 02 years of experience as in-charge of Telecommunication system works in HighSpeed Rail Project(s)(iii).
Strong understanding in Telecom standards, Architecture of Telecom System, Telecom–Signalling/Radio/ IDS/ OCC interfaces, ITC for telecom systems (broadcast tests, load & Coverage tests, network KPIs, Integrations etc), EMC/EMI, interface, proficiency in reviewing signalling design documents.
Strong project management and coordination capabilities, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Excellent communication, Negotiation and presentation skills.
