High Places International Consulting has been retained by one of India's most established destination malls to find their next Chief Executive Officer — a full P&L leadership role reporting to the Promoters and Board.

The Role

• Own the business end-to-end — strategy, operations, tenant mix, consumer experience, team, and P&L
• Refresh the retail and entertainment offering
• Deepen tenant relationships and drive occupancy
• Drive footfall, dwell time, and spend per visit
• Leverage technology and data to sharpen consumer insight and operational efficiency
• Achieve and over-achieve the Revenue Targets

The profile of the Leader

• 15+ years of experience, with meaningful leadership in mall management or large format retail
• Strong commercial instincts and P&L ownership experience
• Excellent people skills and ability to work with diverse segments
• Strong in financial leadership with a focus on both top and bottom line 
• Comfortable using technology as a strategic lever
• Genuine passion for consumer experience
• Maturity to work effectively in a promoter-led environment

Full-time, on-site role based in a Mall Location.

Compensation: Best in the industry   (Base + Variable + Perks) 

Base: variable: 50: 50 ratio. 

Variable  Pay will be paid as a percentage of the bottom line.
