Job Description

Multi-Project Engineering Oversight:

  • Oversee engineering, maintenance, and technical operations across Della Resorts, Adventure Park, Villas, and other Della Group developments in Lonavala
  • Provide pre-opening engineering support for upcoming projects, including planning, commissioning, and system setup
  • Standardize engineering practices, SOPs, and maintenance protocols across all properties
  • Engineering & Maintenance:
  • Ensure smooth functioning of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, STP/ETP, DG sets, and mechanical systems across all sites
  • Implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs
  • Monitor system performance and minimize downtime
  • Infrastructure & Facility Management:
  • Maintain infrastructure quality across hospitality, residential, and recreational facilities
  • Oversee asset lifecycle management and long-term maintenance planning
  • Ensure readiness and upkeep of high-end luxury infrastructure
  • Projects & Capex Management:
  • Lead engineering aspects of new developments, renovations, and expansions within the Della Group
  • Collaborate with architects, consultants, and contractors
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per design specifications
  • Team Leadership Across Properties:
  • Manage and mentor engineering teams deployed across multiple sites
  • Build strong second-line leadership for each project/property
  • Drive training, safety awareness, and skill development
  • Safety, Compliance & Sustainability:
  • Ensure adherence to statutory requirements, fire safety norms, and environmental standards across all projects
  • Conduct regular audits and compliance checks
  • Drive sustainability initiatives such as energy conservation, water management, and waste reduction
  • Budgeting & Cost Optimization:
  • Prepare and control budgets for multiple properties/projects
  • Track capex and opex efficiently
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality

Job Expectations

  • 10–15 years of experience in engineering operations, with exposure to hospitality, resorts, or mixed-use developments
  • Proven experience managing multiple properties or large-scale projects simultaneously
  • Strong understanding of pre-opening projects and infrastructure planning

Minimum Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field

Minimum Job Experience

10 - 15 years experience in Engineering Operations
