Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for a skilled and detail-oriented Chemist. The Chemist will be responsible for conducting research and development (R&D) activities, performing quality control analysis, and utilizing advanced laboratory techniques. The role will also involve conducting chemical analyses, testing formulations, and preparing detailed reports to ensure high-quality product outcomes and compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Laboratory Skills, including sample preparation, testing, and instrument handling
• Strong Quality Control experience with an emphasis on maintaining and improving product standards
• Demonstrated Analytical Skills for precise chemical analyses and problem-solving
• Experience in Research and Development (R&D), including formulating, testing, and improving new materials or products
• Strong ability to work collaboratively, manage multiple tasks, and adhere to project deadlines
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in laboratory environments
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline
• Experience in the ink or chemical manufacturing industry is an advantage
