Working Days: 6 Days Working

Week Off: Rotational

Shifts: Rotational Shifts

Requirements

Very good communication skills in English

Immediate joiners preferred

Roles Responsibilities

Handle customer queries through chat in a professional manner
Provide accurate information and quick resolutions
Troubleshoot issues and offer proper solution
Follow company guidelines and scripts
Maintain proper records of customer interactions
Escalate complex cases to concerned teams and coordinate for resolution
Upsell/cross-sell products and achieve performance targets while staying updated with company products and services
