Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chartered Accountant, based in Noida. The Chartered Accountant will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing audits and assurances, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing advisory services on taxation, transfer pricing, and financial strategies. The role also includes assessing risks, conducting tax planning, managing corporate transactions, and supporting mergers and acquisitions. The candidate will work closely with clients to develop personalized financial strategies and help optimize their financial performance.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Accounting, Financial Reporting, and general auditing practices
• Proficient in Statutory Audit
• Strong knowledge and application of Direct Taxes, Indirect Taxes,
• Experience with Risk Management and Transaction Advisory
• Familiarity with GST Compliance, Tax Assessments, and Tax Planning
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide actionable financial insights
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills
• Proficiency in financial software and tools
• Chartered Accountant certification is mandatory
• Experience in audit and corporate finance .
