Role Description

This is an on-site internship role for a Chartered Accountant Trainee, based in Delhi, India. The trainee will assist with accounting, auditing, and tax-related tasks, ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, conducting internal audits, managing tax computations, and collaborating with the team to deliver client assignments. Additional tasks may also involve data analysis and research to support client reports.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, Financial Reporting, and Budgeting
• Proficiency in Taxation and Compliance, including income tax and GST-related matters
• Analytical and problem-solving skills for handling data entry and financial analysis tasks
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work under deadlines with attention to detail
• Currently pursuing or completed CA Articleship or similar professional education
• Knowledge of industry operations and prior internship experience in a similar role is a plus
