🎯 Role Overview – ZOHO Finance

You will play a key role in implementing, leading, and scaling ZOHO Finance solutions for clients while mentoring internal teams.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

•   Deliver ZOHO Finance training to clients and in-house team members
• Handle data migration from various accounting software to ZOHO
• Continuously learn and implement new ZOHO modules
• Participate in projects beyond finance (cross-functional exposure)
• Conduct product demos for prospects, clients, and internal teams
• Review, finalize, and correct accounting done by team or clients on ZOHO.

Manage statutory compliances using ZOHO:

Income Tax / GST / TDS / PT / PF & ESIC

Act as a solution owner, not just an executor.

•  Lead projects independently with ownership mindset
• Guide and mentor junior team members
• Interact confidently with business owners and CXOs
• Think process-driven, scalable, and client-centric.

🎓 Qualifications

CA / CMA (Inter or Final)

MBA (Finance)

BBA (Finance) with strong accounting exposure

🧠 Experience Requirement

• 5–10 years (for Head of Function / leadership roles)
• Post-qualification, a minimum of 1 years of experience is required
• Proven experience in
•  Accounting & compliance
• Client handling
• Team leadership (preferred)
