About the Role

We are looking for a professional to lead and grow our global reseller and channel partner ecosystem for the Learning & Coaching business. This role will be responsible for building strategic reseller partnerships, expanding the partner ecosystem, managing commercial relationships, driving revenue growth through indirect channels, and acting as the primary owner for all partner-led business opportunities.



Key Responsibilities

Channel Partner Ecosystem Development

  • Identify new partnership opportunities that can expand market reach and increase revenue contribution from indirect sales channels
  • Build and expand the global reseller ecosystem by onboarding new channel partners aligned with business growth objectives
  • Develop strategies to strengthen partner-led revenue streams and improve market penetration across key regions

Strategic Partner Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all existing reseller and channel partners globally
  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with partners to ensure continued engagement and repeat business opportunities
  • Manage partnerships where external organizations resell company training programs as well as reciprocal partnerships where both organizations exchange and sell each other’s offerings
  • Conduct periodic partner reviews and maintain regular engagement cadence with strategic partners

Revenue Growth Through Partner Network

  • Drive business growth by increasing revenue contribution from reseller and channel partner ecosystem
  • Identify opportunities to improve partner-led sales performance and maximize revenue generation through indirect channels
  • Monitor partner performance metrics and identify opportunities to optimize business contribution from strategic partnerships

Opportunity Management & Revenue Pipeline Governance

  • Manage end-to-end processing of all incoming partner-led training inquiries and business opportunities
  • Create and manage opportunity records within CRM platforms such as Salesforce and ensure data accuracy throughout opportunity lifecycle
  • Track opportunities through various stages including proposal, confirmation, and closure to maintain accurate revenue pipeline visibility
  • Ensure accurate forecasting and reporting of partner-driven revenue pipeline

Cross Functional Coordination & Deal Execution

  • Act as the central bridge between external partners and internal delivery teams to ensure smooth execution of confirmed training engagements
  • Coordinate internally to confirm trainer availability, delivery logistics, learner requirements, and training schedules for partner-driven opportunities
  • Facilitate communication between partners, instructors, delivery teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful execution of training programs
  • Support pre-delivery coordination activities to ensure all commercial commitments are executed successfully

Process Governance & Operational Excellence

  • Maintain accurate operational records related to partner agreements, opportunity pipeline, commercial approvals, and ongoing business opportunities
  • Identify process inefficiencies within partner management workflows and recommend operational improvements
  • Document standard operating procedures and ensure consistency in partner engagement workflows


Required Skills

  • 5 -12 years of experience in Channel Partnerships, Strategic Partnerships, Business Development, Sales Operations, Partner Management, or Commercial Operation
  • Strong experience managing B2B partnerships and external business relationship
  • Strong commercial acumen with understanding of pricing models, contract management, and revenue generation
  • Excellent relationship management and negotiation skill
  • Ability to proactively build partner ecosystem
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders across internal and external teams globall
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skill


Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce
  • Experience managing channel partner ecosystems in SaaS, consulting, professional training, EdTech, or technology services organization
  • Experience in training services, consulting businesses, or professional certification ecosystem.
