Role Overview
NKlusive is looking to onboard a dynamic and well-networked Outstation Sourcing Manager to expand and manage our luxury channel partner network across key outstation markets for premium residential projects in Kolkata.
The role will focus on identifying, onboarding, and activating high-quality channel partners (CPs) and luxury brokers who cater to HNIs, NRI investors, and second-home buyers interested in Kolkata’s luxury residential market.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and onboard reputed luxury channel partners and broker networks in key feeder markets such as Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, and other strategic locations.
• Build and manage a strong outstation CP ecosystem for NKlusive’s curated portfolio of luxury developments in Kolkata.
• Drive qualified HNI buyer leads and closures through channel partner engagement.
• Conduct broker meets, presentations, and networking events in outstation markets to introduce NKlusive and its luxury project portfolio.
• Maintain strong relationships with top-performing CPs and ensure consistent deal flow and conversions.
• Coordinate with internal sales and developer teams to ensure seamless client handling and deal closure.
• Track partner performance, pipeline, and revenue generation through the CP network.
Required Profile
• 5–7 years of experience in real estate channel sales, broker network development, or luxury property sourcing.
• Strong existing relationships with outstation real estate brokers and channel partners.
• Experience handling high-ticket residential sales or luxury inventory.
• Excellent networking, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel across key markets for broker engagement and business development.
