Hisab.co is a fast-growing company providing innovative financial and business management solutions. We are looking for an energetic and relationship-driven Channel Partner Executive to expand and manage our network of channel partners across India.


Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, onboard, and develop new channel partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners.
  • Explain company products, services, and business opportunities to partners.
  • Assist partners in generating leads and closing sales.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure partner engagement and performance.
  • Coordinate with internal sales and support teams for partner requirements.
  • Organize partner meetings, webinars, and training sessions.
  • Maintain accurate records of partner interactions and sales activities in the CRM.
  • Achieve monthly partner acquisition and revenue targets.


Required Skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities.
  • Good presentation and convincing skills.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
  • Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Freshers are welcome. Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Channel Sales, or Partner Management will be preferred.
