Job Overview


We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Operations Executive to support our customer operations team. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in the IT industry, excellent communication skills, and a strong customer-first approach. This role involves managing operational activities such as invoicing, payment follow-ups, coordination with clients and internal teams, and maintaining accurate records to ensure smooth business operations.


Key Responsibilities

• Generate and share invoices with customers.
  
• Follow up with clients for payment confirmations and outstanding dues.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer operations.
  
• Maintain customer records and update ERP/CRM systems (Zoho preferred).
  
• Track payments and prepare operational reports.
  
• Handle customer operational queries and ensure timely resolution.
  
• Assist in documentation and process coordination.

Requirements

• B.Com, BBA, or MBA graduate.
  
• 1–2 years of experience in the IT industry in customer operations, finance support, billing, or a similar role.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Strong coordination and organizational skills.
  
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/CRM tools (Zoho experience is an added advantage).
  
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy.
