Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth business operations at the outlet; with a keen eye on quality &

adherence to SOP’s

• Excellent hospitality, guest servicing and escalation handling & management

• Ensure brand guidelines & operating standards are followed at all times, with an

audit score of 85% +

• Enhance revenue from services, memberships and other products to achieve

budgets

• Increase guest engagement for upselling and high-quality reviews & feedback

• Making daily & monthly MIS reports as per systems & software provided

• Maintain high standards of ethics.

• Develop & train team members and continuously upskill them

Experience and desirables:

• Graduate / MBA / Diploma in Hotel management / Aviation / Sales & Marketing /

Retail Management

• Experience in Spa, Salon, Retail, F&B, Hospitality, Hotels & QSR preferred

• Should possess excellent communication skills, while maintaining high standards of

hospitality

• Strong customer relationship skills

• Team player with high degree of empathy
