Role Description The Center Head (BAMS/BHMS/BDS) will oversee day-to-day clinical and operational activities at the DrSafeHands center in Chennai City in a full-time, on-site capacity. Responsibilities include providing consultations/ counseling , supervising diagnostic and treatment processes, and ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and privacy standards. The role involves managing center staff, coordinating with counselors and lab partners, monitoring patient flow, and maintaining high-quality service delivery. The Center Head will also support patient education, handle escalated cases, and contribute to awareness initiatives and community outreach related to sexual health. Administrative duties such as maintaining records, reporting center performance, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational guidelines are integral to this position.

Qualifications

• Recognized degree in BAMS, BHMS, or BDS from an accredited institution.
• Experience 1 to 5 years. Freshers welcome to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to counsel patients sensitively, maintain confidentiality, and build trust in a discreet care environment.
• Comfort with using electronic medical records and digital tools for documentation, reporting, and teleconsultation when needed.
• Commitment to ethical medical practice, non-judgmental care, and adherence to privacy and consent norms.
• Ability to work full time on-site in Chennai City, with flexibility to manage peak hours and occasional weekend or evening duties as required.
