The opportunity

As a page builder supporting the US EY.com team, the candidate will be required to perform production activities to support the creation of pages in Adobe Experience Manager and data visualization tools, such as Flourish and Ceros. This includes uploading content, choosing the correct modules to achieve marketing purpose, developing data visualizations and interactive digital experiences, publishing content and assuring the quality control and visual aesthetics of content, images, videos and other files. The candidate will also be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all pages while ensuring optimal performance.

Your Key Responsibilities

Create a webpage based on all information provided/ add proper components/modules - as specified in the Wireframe and Word document received from the designer and editor
Help optimize onsite assets to ensure an optimized and fast experience for users on site
Upload, edit and publish content on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) for ey.com and related sites
Comfortable in using Content Management System (CMS) - managing, creating, and publishing the pages
Develop data visualizations and interactive user experiences using design production tools like Adobe Photoshop, Ceros and Flourish
Collaborate with stakeholders, designers and approvers to ensure content is published on time
Understand the offerings of AEM CMS to suggest the right templates and modules to the stakeholders for the achievement of their marketing purpose
A good eye for effective use of imagery and interactive elements
Must have experience and be comfortable working closely with global teams
Be professional, confident and enthusiastic; adapt to flexible work timings; demonstrate exceptional work ethics and customer focus
Familiar with different content management systems
Possess a basic understanding of HTML
Demonstrate exceptional project coordination skills and possess experience using project management systems
Experience with optimizing content, including headings and CMS tags for search engine optimization (SEO), purposes desirable
Possess an eye for design and basic knowledge in design software such as Photoshop and MS Office software
Knowledge of image formats, compression methods, and visual storytelling.
Understanding of visual design principles (layout, contrast, spacing, color usage, typography).

Skills And Attributes For Success

Experienced in creating and publishing webpages
Website publishing best practice (image sizing, link placements)
Familiar with working in various content management systems and project management tools (Zendesk and Azure)
Skilled with Photoshop and MS Office software
An eye for presentation and attention to detail
Possess a mindset to learn things and undertake add-on responsibilities

To qualify for the role, you must have

Understanding of AEM tool and complete understanding of diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all pages while ensuring its optimal performance
Experience in HTML and CSS
Experience in Adobe Photoshop
Experience with visual asset management
