Category Head

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.
2. Manage demand forecasting, production planning, inventory control, and store replenishment.
3. Ensure timely availability of raw materials and finished goods.
4. Optimize inventory levels and reduce stock-outs, excess inventory, and ageing stock.
5. Oversee warehousing, logistics, and distribution to retail stores.
6. Coordinate closely with Production, Merchandising, Procurement, Sales, Retail, and Finance teams.

Qualification & Experience:

• MBA/PGDM in Supply Chain, Operations, or Logistics (preferred).
• 12-18 years of relevant experience in Apparel, Hosiery, Knitwear, Textile, or Fashion Retail.

Strong exposure to ERP systems, inventory planning, demand forecasting, and multi-location retail supply chain operations
