Catalog Manager

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Product Catalog Associate to support our growing projects.

• Extract product data from PDFs, printed sheets, websites, and Excel files
• Structure and input data accurately into standardized Excel formats
• Manage product images (download, upload to AWS S3, generate public URLs, and map correctly)
• Cross-verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
• Follow SOPs and formatting guidelines provided during onboarding

• Experience in catalog management and handling structured product data
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication skills for collaboration and reporting
• Familiarity with business intelligence tools and catalog systems (preferred)
• Experience in e-commerce or digital product environments is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)

• Fixed monthly stipend: ₹7,000
• Regular quality reviews to ensure consistency and accuracy
• SOPs, formats, and access will be provided before project start

• Successful completion of the project may lead to a full-time opportunity, depending on performance and upcoming hiring needs.
