Description
We are recruiting for Cargo Backoffice Sales Agent in Delhi, India.
The selected candidate will be responsible to contribute to generating maximum cargo revenue in the assigned station through effective sales promotions, providing comprehensive Backoffice sales support functions to assist commercial activities. Handle sales data, agent coordination, and follow-up to help the station meet cargo targets, identify opportunities, and improve overall sales performance. Supports the implementation of sales initiatives, maintains regular communication with key stakeholders.

Description
We are recruiting for Cargo Backoffice Sales Agent in Delhi, India.
The selected candidate will be responsible to contribute to generating maximum cargo revenue in the assigned station through effective sales promotions, providing comprehensive Backoffice sales support functions to assist commercial activities. Handle sales data, agent coordination, and follow-up to help the station meet cargo targets, identify opportunities, and improve overall sales performance. Supports the implementation of sales initiatives, maintains regular communication with key stakeholders.
Accountabilities
- Assist Senior Account Managers with their queries and escalations to ensure efficiency and quality services.
- Support the sales team in maintaining an up-to-date database of trade partners with the region.
- Provide line managers and regional management with regular reporting on key departmental performance metrics, outstanding issues.
- Maintain and generate reports as required by reporting line manager.
- Support with sales tools like Power BI, Salesforce, WACD data.
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SoPs) for sales operations functions established to ensure alignment to QR Cargo’s sales.
- Perform other department duties related to the role as instructed by the Head of Department.

Qualification
- High School qualification with minimum 1 year of job-related experience
- Statistical Studies
- Experience in the airline/ airfreight industry
- Knowledge in Cargo sales will be an added advantage
- IATA/TACT Regulations
