Car Service Trainer

This is a full-time, on-site Car Service Trainer role based in Bengaluru. The Car Service Trainer will design and deliver training programs aimed at enhancing the skills and knowledge of service technicians. Responsibilities include conducting technical training sessions, preparing training materials, assessing technicians' performance, and ensuring adherence to Toyota’s service standards. The role may also collaborate with the service department to identify training needs and implement continuous learning initiatives to maintain excellence in service delivery.

• Strong understanding of automotive technology, vehicle systems, and service procedures
• Proven experience in training delivery, workshop facilitation, and employee development
• Ability to design training content and manuals, along with good presentation skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse trainee audiences
• Problem-solving, time management, and organizational capabilities to handle training needs
• Familiarity with quality and safety standards in the automotive industry
• Proficiency in using training tools and software
• Diploma or degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline
• Experience within the Toyota ecosystem or with similar automotive brands is a plus
• Ability to travel occasionally for training sessions or regional workshops
