Captain (F&B Service)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Captain to lead our front-of-house team at LUPA. The Captain will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences by overseeing daily operations, maintaining service standards, and training staff. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, a deep understanding of fine dining, and strong leadership abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the service team, ensuring smooth operations during shifts..
• Uphold LUPA’s service standards and ensure all guests have a premium dining experience.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
• Train, mentor, and motivate junior staff to deliver exceptional service.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
• Assist in managing inventory and monitoring supplies for efficient service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Work closely with the Managers to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a fine dining or luxury hospitality setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Knowledge of European cuisine and wines is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
