Campus Ambassador

About the Program

The Campus Voice Program is PollPe's first Cohort of student community builders. As a Campus Voice, you will be the ground-level operator who builds PollPe's presence at your college from scratch online and offline. This is a hands-on growth marketing role, not a 'post and share' gig. You will build real campaigns, engage real communities, and have your impact tracked in real time.

Roles and responsibilities

- Build and activate PollPe's student community on campus both online (WhatsApp, Instagram, Discord) and offline (events, stalls, flyers)

- Create authentic, peer-to-peer content that feels like your genuine opinion rather than branded advertising

- Plan and execute live campus polls, peer challenges, and mini-events to drive app engagement

- Identify and connect with relevant college clubs, fest committees, and student communities for collaboration

- Onboard new users to PollPe and help them complete their first surveys

- Track, report, and optimize your campus growth metrics weekly via the Ambassador Dashboard

- Share ground-level feedback and student insights back to the PollPe product and marketing team

Other requirements

- Currently enrolled in 2nd year or above at a Lucknow college

- Journalism or Management stream preferred (all streams may apply)

- Actively involved in at least one campus club, committee, or student community

- Comfortable with 8–10 hours per week over 90 days

- A smartphone with access to WhatsApp, Instagram, and UPI
