Currently, we are looking for a Campaign Operations Specialist to join our team.

Job Description

  • This is a hands-on execution role focused on building and launching programs while supporting email and campaign development. It’s ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, rolls up their sleeves, and builds scalable processes that power demand generation and full-funnel marketing programs.
  • You are the operational engine that connects data, automation, campaign execution, and cross- functional delivery into measurable impact.

Marketing Operations Execution

  • Own the end-to-end execution of marketing operations programs from intake through launch and post-campaign analysis.
  • Build, QA, and deploy campaigns and workflows in Marketo, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and performance.
  • Manage audience and list imports, including data validation, normalization, segmentation, and QA to ensure clean entry into lifecycle flows and reporting frameworks.
  • Pull and analyze performance reports for webinars and campaigns, translating results into actionable insights.
  • Create and maintain emails and landing pages in Knak, independently managing updates and time-sensitive changes.
  • Set up and manage webinars and virtual events in Zoom, including platform configuration, integrations, registration flows, and automated follow-up programs.
  • Maintain clean, reliable data by proactively monitoring syncs, field mappings, and system integrations across tools.
  • Execute audience segmentation, lead routing, and lifecycle logic with strong attention to detail and downstream impact.
  • Troubleshoot operational issues in real time, identify root causes, and implement solutions without waiting for escalation.
  • Partner cross-functionally to translate marketing strategy into executable operational plans.
  • Document processes, workflows, and best practices to improve efficiency and reduce recurring errors.
  • Continuously refine systems and execution based on performance insights and evolving business needs.

Skills & Requirements

  • Experience working in Marketo (MCE preferred)
  • Experience in using Knak
  • Experience with Zoom Webinar & Events Platform
  • Marketo Certified Expert or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
