Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Caller, located in Anand. The Caller will be responsible for reaching out to prospects, providing information about services, addressing inquiries, and guiding students on the overseas education process. Other day-to-day tasks include maintaining a client database and following up on leads to ensure smooth communication and support throughout the admission process.

Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and telephone etiquette skills
- Ability to effectively explain services and provide accurate information to clients
- Customer relationship management skills to maintain records and follow up on student queries
- Proficiency in basic computer usage, including MS Office and CRM tools
- Problem-solving and active listening skills to address client concerns effectively
- Time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in any field is preferred
- Fluency in English and additional regional languages is an advantage
