Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Call Center Representative role based in Rajkot. The Call Center Representative will handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to customer inquiries, provide accurate information about products and services, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Day-to-day responsibilities include logging interactions in the system, following established scripts and procedures, escalating complex cases to appropriate teams, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. The role also involves coordinating with internal departments, updating customers on order and service status, and meeting performance targets related to call quality and response times.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Ability to perform effectively as a Customer Service Representative, with experience in customer support and call handling.
- Skills in maintaining Customer Satisfaction, including problem-solving and follow-through on customer requests.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills, such as clear communication, active listening, and a professional, empathetic approach.
- Basic to intermediate Computer Literacy, including use of call center software, email, and data entry tools.
- Good spoken and written communication skills in relevant local languages and English.
- Ability to work on-site in Rajkot in a fast-paced environment and manage high call volumes.
- Prior experience in a call center or customer support role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum educational qualification of high school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or communications is an advantage.
