Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Call Center Representative role based in Chennai. The Call Center Representative will handle incoming and outgoing calls, respond to client inquiries, and provide clear information about Minus Clinic’s treatments, appointment scheduling, and clinic policies. Responsibilities include addressing client concerns, documenting interactions in the system, updating client records, and following up on leads or pending queries. The role involves collaborating with clinic staff to coordinate appointments, ensuring a positive experience from first contact to visit, and maintaining high standards of professionalism and confidentiality. The representative will also support promotional campaigns by sharing accurate service details and gathering client feedback to help improve service quality.

Qualifications
- Customer-focused skills, including experience as Customer Service Representatives and a strong commitment to Customer Satisfaction.
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills with the ability to communicate clearly, listen actively, and build trust over the phone.
- Customer Support capabilities, including handling inquiries, resolving issues, and managing follow-ups in a courteous manner.
- Computer Literacy, including basic proficiency with call center software, CRM tools, email, and office applications.
- Strong spoken and written communication skills in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai, manage high call volumes, and stay calm in fast-paced situations.
- Prior experience in a call center, clinic, or healthcare-related environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum high school diploma; additional education or certifications in customer service or communication are beneficial.
