Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs and targets
- Update customer details and call outcomes accurately in CRM systems
- Follow company policies, scripts, and SOPs
Eligibility Criteria:
- Undergraduate/Graduate qualification
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in an international call center (US market preferred)
- Mandatory outbound sales experience
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
