CITY MORTGAGE IS HIRING CALL CENTER AGENTS (INDIA)

Join a fast‑growing Dubai‑based mortgage advisory firm and work directly with UAE clients and Dubai’s top real estate brokers. This is a full‑time, work‑from‑home role for disciplined, English‑fluent professionals who can deliver high call volumes and build strong business relationships.

ROLE OVERVIEW

You will call Dubai-based clients to offer home loan (mortgage) products from UAE banks and build business-to-business relationships with real estate brokers across Dubai. You will use our telephone‑based CRM to manage leads, follow‑ups, and daily call targets.

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Make 150 connected calls per day using our CRM
• Call Dubai clients for home loan / mortgage products
• Build and maintain B2B relationships with Dubai real estate brokers and convince them to join our mortgage portal.
• Generate qualified leads and book appointments for mortgage advisors
• Maintain accurate CRM notes, follow‑ups, and lead status
• Delivery excellent customer service and communication
• Represent City Mortgage with professionalism and integrity

 REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent spoken English (mandatory)
• Strong communication & customer service skills
• Experience in banking, finance, real estate, or mortgages is an asset
• Ability to work full‑time from home
• High discipline, punctuality, and target‑driven mindset
• Comfortable with high‑volume calling and CRM usage

COMPENSATION & GROWTH

• Salary: ₹15,000 per month
• Strong, uncapped commissions on successful positive leads
