About the Role

The C2M Expert – Functional and Technical will play a crucial role in the design, development, and support of Oracle C2M and related systems, ensuring effective integration and functionality across various modules.

Responsibilities

• Oracle C2M/ CC&B and MDM Solution Design, development and support
• Testing execution
• Stakeholder Management

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Experience on Oracle C2M or CC&B and MDM functional like customer service, billing, OUI framework, integration with MDM, Meter data management, OU framework, integration with CC&B

Required Skills

• Sound knowledge in modules like billing, payments, meter read and meter management, credit and collections, case management, move-in move out, new connections etc.
• Experience in Config tool such as BO, MO, UI Map, Business script, Service Script, BPA script, Zones and Portals
• Knowledge of C2M/CCB/MDM batches, algorithms and plug in points
• Experience in Solution Design and support
• Good communication Skills

Preferred Skills

• Functional Knowledge on utility industry
• Experience on managing Commercial and Industrial utility customers
• Stakeholder Management

Pay range and compensation package

Location - Kolkata

Desired Experience Range - 5+ years
