Digital Front End (DFE) Location: Pune Experience: 3+ Years - Mandatory Employment Type: Full-time Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Software Developer for Digital Front End (DFE) Server Development, focusing on VDP (Variable Data Printing) and Colour modules. The ideal candidate is a C++ expert with strong problem-solving abilities, a solid understanding of multithreading, and proven experience in developing high-performance software . This role requires collaboration with international teams, demanding excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a distributed environment. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and optimise DFE server components with a focus on VDP and colour management . Write efficient, reliable, and scalable code using C++ (expert level) . Apply multithreading techniques to deliver high-performance applications. Contribute to architecture discussions and performance tuning. Collaborate closely with remote and cross-functional teams across different geographies. Debug, test, and maintain existing applications to ensure stability and performance. Required Skills C++ expertise with strong programming and debugging skills. Good familiarity with C# . Strong knowledge of multithreading in C++ . Ability to deliver high-performance, low-latency applications . Understanding of: Operating Systems (Windows) Hardware behaviour (Processors, Cores, Memory, Disks, Network) Soft Skills Excellent communication skills . Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, international environment with daily remote collaboration. Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor?s or Master?s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. Prior experience in DFE, VDP, or Colour-related server development .
