As a Business Unit Manager, you will play a pivotal role in scaling Astek India’s operations, driving business expansion, and strengthening our global presence. This is an entrepreneurial leadership role requiring autonomy and strategic execution.

Job description:

  • Develop & execute commercial strategy: Expand the client portfolio, increase cross-selling, and drive revenue growth.
  • International expansion: Strengthen business in the US (50%) and Europe (50%).
  • Business structuring: Build efficient recruitment, management, and operational processes.
  • Client relationship management: Leverage networks to enhance existing accounts and secure new business.
  • Revenue & performance management: Monitor key metrics and ensure profitability.

Your challenges will be:

  • Expand subsidiaries.
  • Increase Master Service Agreements.
  • Scale offshore operations.

Profile

  • You have a Master's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
  • 4-5 years as a Business Unit Manager in a IT consultancy company.
  • Proven experience in international business development, with deep knowledge of the Indian market.
  • Fluent in Indian and English
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong business acumen, decision-making autonomy, and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Ability to engage with international top management (US, Canada, Europe).
  • Strong leadership and ability to drive business growth.
  • Expertise in IT & engineering.
  • Experience in team recruitment, coaching, and structuring operations.
  • Ability to build and execute a scaling strategy effectively.
