Our Business Services Value Stream brings together multiple cross‑functional Value Teams, each fully equipped with the skills needed to design, configure, build, test, deploy, operate, and continuously improve our services.
As a Business Services Consultant within a Value Team, you will play a key role in delivering Securities and Trade Processing outcomes, working at the intersection of investment operations, technology, and transformation. This is a hands‑on role with real impact — where your expertise directly contributes to client success.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for end‑to‑end delivery across the Business Services value chain, with opportunities to shape how we work and how our services evolve.

What You Will Be Responsible For

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering full lifecycle Business Services solutions, from implementation to operation
- Contributing to the standardization and continuous improvement of our Business Services offerings
- Driving transformation by adopting new ways of working and modern delivery practices
- Implementing Business Services projects in collaboration with clients and internal teams
- Working closely with Solution Architects, product, operations, and technical stakeholders
- Improving and automating processes across build, test, and deployment activities
- Continuously developing your skills while contributing to the growth of the wider team

- Hands‑on experience developing or configuring the Communication Server
- Direct involvement in DEX / DFS development
- Solid business knowledge across Investment Operations, including:
- Trade processing
- Matching (CTM)
- SWIFT
- FX
- Reconciliation
- Strong knowledge of SimCorp Dimension, especially within investment operations
- Experience with data imports, transformations, and exports
- Familiarity with global financial messaging standards such as SWIFT, ISO 20022, MT/MX
- Practical experience with XML/XSLT or similar data formats
- Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases
- Experience delivering implementation projects
- The ability to communicate effectively with operations, product, and technical teams
- A passion for standardization, best practices, and continuous improvement
- A transformation mindset, with curiosity and openness to change
- Strong collaboration skills and a results‑driven approach
